within 12 months since the purchase.
After that, they can continue receive the updates/upgrades for a minimal fee
(usually 50% of the product price).
Free lifetime upgrades
Users purchased products marked as free lifetime upgrades are eligible to receive
free program upgrades and technical support
on all future versions for the rest of the products lifetime.

How to receive upgrades
Each time we release a new version, all eligible users will receive an e-mail with instructions
how to download the new version.
Please remember to
inform us
about your e-mail address changes,
otherwise you may not receive the release e-mails.
If you didn't receive the information about a new version, please fill the following form and
click the button below. You will receive the information by e-mail.
IMPORTANT: Due to our verification process, you must be the original purchaser of the software in order
to proceed. If you are not the person who bought and installed our product on your computer, please ask your
system administrator to perform the upgrade.
