sign in web site

I downloaded a web site which requires me to sign in before I can view anything. I used the Wizard to download, which asked me for a sign in and password if the site requires it. I entered them. The web site is downloaded but now I can't brwose anything because it asks me for the login and password. I enter them, the writing field resets and nothing happens.
