What are the limitations in webcopier?

I have a few questions about webcopier that I need help with...am new to this so please be patient.
1) Is this an open source? I am writing an app that I want to use an app to copy content for offline browsing with. Is this something that is do-able? 
2) Is webcopier good for coping all types of files. For instance there are some that will not copy flash content...is this also the case with webcopier?
It takes not knowing to know.

No, WebCopier is Not open source project. Sorry...
Yes, you can use WebCopier to copy sites for offline browsing.

I'd recommend to use WebCopier Pro trial version and check it by yourself.
Depending on how complex Flash content is, WebCopier Pro might help you to copy it for offline browsing.
