Upgraded to PDF format

I purchased the upgrade to use the PDF format so the final copy can't be edited, however when I open the PDF file the right side of the page is cut off, the items list is incomplete and the one page turns into two. Is there a fix for this. Also purchased the upgrade for the company info but when I email just in HTML format the company name is missing it only says [your company name]. Looking for any solutions, I think this could be a good ap if I can only get past these simple mistakes.
