This is part of Fire Foxs issue since it happens there too and SeaMonkey uses code from it .

Has anyone run into a problem with coping a site that has spaces in somewhere in the URL line. When you paste a URL into Webcopier with spaces,it replaces the spaces with %2020 when it should replace it with %20. IE with replace a space with %20.
