Hello,

I installed Newscopier Pro on a Blackberry 7290 on the AT&T Network.  When I try to run the program, I get an error message that reads "Java Media Player Listener not found."  I checked the Options menu and it appears that Javascript is enabled.  Is there another program that I need to install.  Thanks.

Java Media Player is part of BlackBerry device pre-installed software and is used by NewsCopier Pro to play podcasts.

 

Please be aware that Java Media Player is not the same as Javascript.

 

It seems that your device doesn’t include the Java Media Player.

 

Upgrading the device firmware (to version 4.0 and higher) should fix the problem.

Yea I have the same error but with a blackberry 7105t. I also have the newest firmware version 4.1.0.337

Thanks.  The new download works on my BB.  I am now getting a "Failed to parse channel: Error File not found" error message when I try to retrieve articles. 

I was trying to get NYTimes feeds.  Here is the URL: http://www.nytimes.com/services/xml/rss/nyt/HomePage.xml

When you typing in the URL, please make sure that the first URL character h doesn’t get changed by the device to H.
