Trouble with projects showing up

I've got two projects downloaded with WebCopier. One shows up in the ALL Projects list, the other one doesn't.
Both folders are in my downloads folder....but I cannot get the second one (the newer download) to open.

Any ideas? I'm hoping this is something simple I'm just overlooking.

Another way of opening projects is "File / Open" menu, or "Open Project" button on the main toolbar.
