Thanks for your kind reply. I understand that, as developer, you don't want to give up the Welcome page :-)
How about a user customizable Favorites toolbar in some future version? Should not take too much programming.

No, the Welcome page can't be changed, sorry...
 
But, you can tell WebCopier to open first page of last opened project.
Just go to "WebCopier Options" and check "Show First project page".

I'm wondering if it is possible to change the program's Welcome Page (the page associated with the Home button). I use WebCopier Pro mainly with a certain website and it would be much easier and faster if opening WCP opened that particular page instead of the default Welcome page. I have a lot of sites in my IE Favorites and going through them all the time is a bit frustrating.
